The Victorian Student Representative Council (VicSRC) is coming to East Gippsland SOON!

Not only are Student Voice Workshops for Secondary Students being held on Friday 25 May, but this year VicSRC has also launched Primary Student Voice Workshops, primary specific workshops – your local workshop being held on Thursday 24 May!

VicSRC would love to see representatives from the Junior School Councils/Student Representative Councils/Student Leadership Teams in East Gippsland attend the workshop held at Bairnsdale Library.

What is a Student Voice Workshop? Why should we be attending?

VicSRC Student Voice Workshops enable students, teachers and principals to work together on common issues and drive positive change in schools, communities and the education system.

Delivered in partnership with Bastow Institute of Educational Leadership, this series of  or half-day (primary) workshops ensure students are consulted and heard on the issues that matter to their education, no matter their location.

We’re bringing educational leaders – students, teachers and principals – together in this unique learning space to collaborate, co-create and spark practical strategies to transform their schools and learning environments.
