The Meaningful Inclusion Seminars, hosted by Noah’s Ark, will be hosted in Bairnsdale on August 10, 2017, at Federation Training.

The Meaningful Inclusion series includes seminars in one day on the following topics:
Including Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (day and evening sessions)
This seminar is aimed at supporting teachers and educators to explore some of the key features of ASD, the implications for your program and strategies that may assist in the meaningful inclusion of children with ASD.

Challenging Conversations with Parents and Carers (day session only)
Educators are often best placed to observe when a child may need additional supports to enhance their development, but these conversations with parents can be very challenging. This seminar is aimed at supporting teachers and educators to consider the steps involved when having a challenging conversation with parents or carers about their child.

Engagement and Extending Learning for Children with Disabilities (day session only)
Aimed at supporting teachers and educators to extend the engagement, participation and learning of children with disabilities. Participants will explore practices that support children with a disability to engage in.

All seminars can be tailored to your organisation and delivered at your location.
