PRE-ACCREDITED TRAINING — KICK START YOUR CAREER IN THE DISABILITY SECTOR

Develop a greater understanding of what it is like to work in the disability sector including digital literacy and communication skills
> Accredited First Aid training available on completion
> Approved activity for Centrelink and Mission Providence clients
> Job interview with Department of Health and Human Services on completion
COURSE DATES
> Commences 23 April for 6 weeks
> 4 days each week from 9.30am – 2.30pm
> Choice of two locations: Morwell + Sale

ACCREDITED TRAINING — ACCESS NEW INDUSTRIES PROGRAM

7 days of classroom-based learning, and 6 days of practical placement involving shadowing various roles and settings in the sector.
> Accredited training in First Aid, Food Hygiene, Manual Handling and non accredited training in workplace communication skills and disability practice
> Go on to complete Certificate IV in Disability – or go straight into the workforce.
COURSE DATES
> Commences June 4
> 2 days per week from 9am – 3pm (First Aid delivery 9am – 5pm)
